Poster making
Sorry for the delay , but I have come out with the easiest steps to make a better poster with limited stock images.
Step 1: Take a image of your favourite personality
Step 2: Using pen tool or Selection tool select the person and copy-paste the selected part in a new clipboard
Step 3: Now I added some other objects that can match the theme of the poster.
Step 4: For reflection add copy of the layer by pressing CTRL+J .Press ctrl+t and right click and sel ect flip vertical. Now right click again and click perspective.Adjust the cornnd layerers of selection till you get perfect reflection.Then reduce the opacity of the layer.
Step 5: Take brush tool and select Ink and Watercolour brushes or Splatter brush as shown in the pic.

Step 6: Create new layer just above the background layer and below the layer of the objects, by pressing ctrl+shift+N Start using it on the back side of the objects with your favourite colours.
Step 7: Now choose the top most layer and then press ctrl+shift+N to create a new layer on the top.
->reduce the value Apply the brush at the edges and corners with different colours. DONT OVER-DO IT.
Step 10: Place your title or your caption inone or two words with any stylish fonts. Make your words look better by right clicking the laer of the Text and clicking the Bevel and Emboss . Change the parameters of size and depth
This is your final poster.I have even vignetted it for better looks.

I know its a piece of cake for the professionals. But still for the beginners let me give some ideas to make such posters.As a ardent fan of Yuvan ,I dedicated this poster for his birthday.

How to create Pencil Drawing effect in Photoshop
Pencil Drawing Effect
This method might be different for many people and it works better for almost all high quality pictures.
You can easily convert any picture into a pencil drawing, with 9 precise steps.
Choose a photo
Step 1: Now Right click the Background Layer and select the Duplicate Layer
Step 2: Select Layer->Adjustment layer->Hue/Saturation and give the value of Saturation as -100
Step 4: Now Click the Blending mode and choose "Color Dodge" .
Now your photo appears white as show below
Step 5: Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur
Adjust the radius so that you can get your perfect Pencil sketch drawing .Dont worry if the shades not proper.We have few more stpes to make it better.
Step 6: Select Adjustment Layer ->Levels
Step 7: Give input for Shadows around 50 or 60.
Step 7: Choose Brush Tool and decrease input value of the Opacity to 40.
Step 8: Now apply Brush (Fore Colour Black) on the parts of photo where you want to give mild shades and darkness.
Step 9: Erase the spots and noise wherever found
Now we are done with our Pencil Drawing Effect and here are few pencil drawing from my side

Vignette Effect Photoshop Tutorial
Vignette is a small illustration or portrait photograph which fades into its background without a definite border.
Minimum Requirement: PS CS4
On following my posts , you would have learnt how to create a "Solid Color" layer and apply "Blending Mode" on a layer.
Step 1: The photo that was given a Vintage effect in my previous post is the same which is going to get vigenetted now.
Step 2: Create a "Solid Color" Layer of your desired dark color.
Now right click the layer and select "Delete layer Mask" option.Step 3 : Select "Ellipse Tool" which is available in "Lasso tool" in the tool bar.
Step 4: Make a selection by Click-and-Drag as me.
Step 5: Change the Feather pixels to a value between 100 and 150.
Step 6: Right-Click -> "Select inverse"
Step 7: Click the mask icon on the bottom of your layer window.
Step 8: Now if you want to reduce the opacity , Click "Opacity" on the top right of the Layer Window and reduce the Percentage value

Photoshop tutorial - Vintage effect
Create your own Vintage effect
A good photo of Dhanush , isnt it!! But something stops it from being perfect.
Its the tone of the photograph, which is too subtle. So lets give some Vintage effect to this.
Step 1: Choose your photo
Step 2: You will find the button for a “New Adjustment Layer” shown in screenshot below , Click it and select “Solid Color“
**If you find that difficult, import this screenshot into your PS and use dropper tool to get the color.
Step 4: Click the drop down box in the layer window (Blend Mode) and choose ” Exclusion“.
Step 5: Create one more “Solid Color” layer and this time give Peach colour (very light yellow) and keep Blend Mode as “Multiply”.
>Now your vintage is ready if u want to edit further, you may proceed .
